Joseph M. Eagle (Founder and director of EASE-UP)
Joseph has over twenty-five years experience in the
profession. He specializes in treating chronic to severe soft tissue dysfunctions; and according to clients that were treated by him, he is extremely successful.
Joseph is a licensed massage therapist, nationally certified and a member of the American
Association. He is also a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. In order to provide the highest quality of bodywork services to his clients, Joseph continues to enhance his bodywork skills.
Brittney moved to the Exton area in the spring of 2008. After a strenuous job search she decided to seek other opportunities. Massage school was the answer. She felt it complemented her Bachelors of Arts degree she received in 2006 from New England College. As a very hands on artist it was an easy transition into the massage field.
Brittney received her
from Cortiva Institute in April 2010. She is also nationally certified, insured and holds a valid massage license in Pennsylvania. She believes massage relieves physical as well as emotional stress, and strongly believes in massage as a viable modality for enhancing one’s overall health and well-being. Carolyn decision to become a licensed massage therapist stems from a lifelong commitment to wellness and a desire to aid others. She strongly believes in alternative options to achieve optimum health. Carolyn studied/practiced homeopathy, meditation, yoga and is a member of CERT (Community Emergency Response Team). Her education in massage therapy has brought it all together and she is excited to use the healing qualities of massage therapy and her ability to ease discomfort through therapeutic massage.
Carolyn is eager to bring fresh knowledge to Ease-Up and help to regenerate Ease-Up’s clients well-being.
Seeing the value massage therapy held for him and others, Timothy made a commitment to pursuing it as a career. He also chose to go into massage therapy because he saw how much it, when paired with other modalities, helped his wife who has a chronic condition.
Possessing a background in martial arts, he has found that this aspect pro-vides him with a strong and elegant foundation with which he practices.
In his experience as a massage therapist, Timothy has had the opportunity to work with clients experiencing edema, muscular dystrophy, fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, sensory processing disorders, and other neurological condi-tions. He strives to tailor his massages to meet each clients needs, educating himself in the best methods for their treatment.
Chuck Mittnacht is a licensed massage therapists residing in Phoenixville, PA. He graduated from Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks in Pottstown, PA and a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). He provides a unique style of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Sports and on-site Chair Massage with a thorough and meticulous touch. His mission is to listen and help clients with their specific wellness goals and needs and to offer the most comfortable, relaxing atmosphere for his clients so they may achieve and maintain excellent health.
Each massage session is uniquely tailored to address individual needs, and can alleviate the symptoms of an array of different ailments such as chronic neck and back pain, migraines, arthritis, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, and many more. Gaby enjoys teaching yoga to kids, teens, and adults, and believes that yoga is instrumental in leading a healthy, active, injury-free lifestyle. She is devoted to consistently increasing her knowledge of yoga anatomy and yoga philosophy, and bringing that knowledge to her practice and her students. Gaby lives in Wayne with her husband, two children and their beagle.
Yoga at Ease-Up is an extension of the muscle therapy process by building muscle strength, increasing flexibility and improving mobility through movement and breath work. The client is guided through a series of postures that are customized for an individual’s needs and goals. Self-Myofascial Release will also be incorporated into the session to treat trigger points and tissue surrounding and supporting muscles.
