MASSAGE THERAPY

Deep Tissue

This vigorous massage technique uses deep pressure to address stress, scar tissue, and other blocks that
build up deep within the body. By methodically warming the muscles and joints, deep tissue massage is valuable for yogis and others who are
physically active. If you feel as though you’re on a plateau in your yoga practice or exercise routine, this may be just what you need to move
forward.

60 minutes $80, 90 minutes $115

Hot Stone

Hot Stone
massage uses heated stones to gently massage the muscles, providing deep
stress relief and promoting a general sense of well-being. The heat
increases circulation, leading to reduced muscle fatigue and pain, as
well as improved skin condition. Heat also stimulates the lymphatic
system and quickens detoxification.

60 minutes $100, 90 minutes $135

Neuromuscular Treatment (NMT)

Also known as trigger point myotherapy, NMT is conducted through soft tissue manipulation, which consists of alternating
levels of concentrated pressure on particular areas of muscle spasm. Different than other forms of massage, NMT utilizes pressure to stimulate specific
areas of skeletal muscle in order to balance the body’s central nervous system. NMT is accessed through myofascial trigger points and force of perpendicular pressure to the stimulated muscle. Through its long history of development, Neuromuscular treatment has been used successfully to assess, treat, and prevent soft tissue injuries and chronic pain. Benefits of NMT include pain relief, reduced stiffness, increased relaxation,
lowered blood pressure, a stronger immune system, improved posture, and release of toxins.

60 minutes $90, 90 minutes $125

Prenatal

Body work for pregnant women helps to alleviate the swelling, addresses tight, aching muscles,
and gives special care to the expecting mother. It is received in a side-lying position with pillows to accommodate mother and
growing child. Prenatal massage will comfort, soothe and bring relief to your changing body.

60 minutes $75, 90 minutes $110

Swedish

Swedish massage uses long,
flowing strokes to ease tension and stress, thus creating an overall
feeling of deep relaxation. Through gentle touch, this massage treatment
increases circulation, deepens the breath, and helps drain the lymphatic
system—a treat for body, mind, and spirit.

60 minutes $75, 90 minutes $110

WHY Signature Massage

WHY Signature massage is a combination of deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, myofascial release
and energy work and is tailored to meet your needs and requests. It is customized for each individual to release muscle tension and stress and
calm the nervous system.

60 minutes $75, 90 minutes $110

HOLISTIC HEALING

Acupuncture

Acupuncture promotes health and well-being, helps prevent illness, and supports the treatment of various
medical conditions. It is an alternative medicine that treats patients by placing thin needles into acupuncture points in the skin. Stimulating
these points can correct imbalances in the flow of chi (energy or prana) in the body. Treatment plans are based upon the individual patient.

Initial Session $125, Follow up Session (45 mins) $85, 5 Session Package $338, 10 Session Package $600

Chiropractic

Chiropractic successfully treats a wide range of musculoskeletal
problems including headaches, neck and back pain, arm and leg pain, as well as pain in the hips, knees,
shoulders and wrists. It focuses on restoring normal movement to the joints of the spine and extremities,
thereby relieving stress and pressure on the muscles, ligaments, and nerves. When the joints are able to move freely,
the body is able to heal injuries to the surrounding tissues.

$30

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a hands-on approach for balancing structures of the central nervous system that
can have an effect in all areas of the body. This gentle therapy facilitates the body’s innate sense to restore itself to a healthier state. CST also
addresses restrictions in other areas of the body that can ultimately affect pain and dysfunction and contribute to restrictions in the craniosacral system.
Any unresolved physical or emotional event creates a structural residue which CST can eliminate, helping to promote health and vitality.
This bodywork is appropriate for all ages.

60 minutes $80

Nutritional Counseling

The objective of nutrition therapy
is to optimize overall health, boost the immune system, increase energy
levels and slow the aging process. This can be achieved through
customized food, vitamin, mineral and herbal therapies. Nutrition
therapy can help you with a wide variety of health-related issues, such
as food allergies, weight loss, arthritis, fatigue, auto-immune diseases
and osteoporosis.

Depending on the needs of the client sessions will revolve around building stability in the body, releasing tension, alleviating pain, and improving circulation and energy. Postures may be restorative in nature utilizing soft propping of the body, or more dynamic. Appropriate for those seeking assistance in pain relief, injury prevention/recovery, daily living, yoga specific needs, or rest and relaxation.

Shamanic Healing Sessions

Shamanic Healing is a combination of coaching and ancient energetic healing techniques using the chakra
and meridian systems. Shamanic Healing sessions work any issue or pattern at the level of the mind, body and soul. Karma becomes clear, ancestral
baggage is removed, and destines are uncovered. A Shamanic Healer is skilled at locating limiting beliefs holding you back from creating your
most passionate life, assessing the presence of intrusive energies to be removed, and reawakening
energetic resources. Be prepared to heal lifetimes in each session and take giant leaps into creating your future.

$60/hour, 4 sessions for $200

Zen Shiatsu

Shiatsu balances the body’s life-force (ki) and maximizes its natural
healing power. Regular shiatsu treatments increase the overall sense of
well being and resolve symptoms such as musculoskeletal pain, recurring
infections, and gastrointestinal dysfunction. Shiatsu is received fully
clothed on a futon. Stationary pressure is applied to specific points on
the energy channels. A session includes diagnostic feedback on the
client’s energetic condition along with dietary suggestions based on Zen
